About Ember Marriage
Ember Marriage Retreats (“Ember,” “we,” “us”) is a marriage enrichment ministry hosted by SapientWorks, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, with retreats held in Highlands, North Carolina. Ember offers in-person retreats and related content for legally married couples seeking growth together.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reasons: to learn about Ember, to inquire about a retreat, or to read our content. You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access parts of the Site not intended for public use
- Use scrapers, bots, or automated tools to harvest content or data
- Copy or republish the Site's photography, copy, branding, or design without our written permission
Inquiries
The inquire form on this Site is the start of a conversation, not a registration or reservation. Submitting an inquiry does not secure a spot at a retreat. We will respond personally, and if Ember turns out to be a fit, we'll work with you separately on the details of your participation. The specific terms of attending a retreat (including any deposit, cancellation policy, conduct expectations, and liability waivers) will be communicated to you in writing at that time and are not part of these site Terms.
Eligibility
Ember is for legally married couples. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you and your spouse are both willing participants in the conversation.
Your submissions
Anything you share with us through the inquire form (or otherwise) you authorize us to receive, store, and use to communicate with you about Ember. Please do not include confidential information about other people in your inquiry.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, photographs, design, brand marks, and logos are owned by or licensed to SapientWorks, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.
